Basic preparation: Sepia

Basic Preparation: Cuttlefish/Sepia

Place sepia in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Remove from water and place on a dish. Sprinkle a lemon on top and enjoy!

For grilling add boiled sepia straight onto the grill. Once charred on both sides remove from grill. Add extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Can be eaten right away!
